Cookies and analytics
Updated 3 October 2026.
Your choice
Google Analytics is optional. It loads only after you accept analytics, or return with a saved acceptance. Rejecting analytics does not limit access to Formsure. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future tracking and removes the Google Analytics cookies this website can access; it does not erase data already collected.
What analytics measures
On our public information pages, Google Analytics helps us understand visits, page views, scrolling and clicks to external resources. Google processes information such as browser and device details, approximate location and a randomly generated browser identifier. We do not send questionnaire answers, account details or case numbers to Google Analytics. Tracking is excluded from account, director, payment and questionnaire pages.
Cookies and storage
We store your accepted or rejected choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This preference is necessary to remember your decision. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies named _ga and _ga_RJKZ7KV4PS to distinguish browser visits and sessions, configured with a 180-day lifetime which may refresh on visits. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
Google and your data
Google processes analytics data and may process it outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy policy and Google Analytics privacy information for more information.
For questions about this website’s analytics, email dave@formsure.co.uk. Our application-service privacy information will be published before applications open.
