Court of Protection prices
Preparation and administrative support for straightforward property and financial affairs deputyship applications.

The full postal pack price includes preparation, printed forms, a step-by-step instruction sheet and a pre-addressed court envelope. Return postage is not included.
Court fees and third-party fees are separate from Formsure’s preparation fees.
LPA prices
For one person, choose a property and financial affairs LPA, a health and welfare LPA, or both.

Preparation includes questionnaire support, prepared forms, an administrative check for missing information and clear signing instructions.
The full postal pack prices include preparation, printed documents, signing instructions and a pre-addressed envelope for the Office of the Public Guardian. The price for both LPAs includes both documents in one pack. Return postage is not included.
Registration fees are separate
The Office of the Public Guardian charges £92 per LPA, or £184 for both, unless a reduction or exemption applies. These fees and any paid certificate provider are not included in Formsure’s prices.
